Order Cancellations
Standard in-stock items: you may request cancellation any time before shipment. Once an order ships, it follows the returns process below.
Made-to-order / custom-built items (custom kVA, voltage, taps, enclosure, terminations, or special options): orders may be cancelled only if production has not started. After production begins, cancellation may be refused or subject to a restocking/cancellation fee reflecting materials and labor incurred.
Returns Eligibility (Standard Items)
Standard (non-custom) products are returnable when all of the following are met: the return is requested within 30 days of delivery; the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories; and the item shows no damage from misuse, improper installation, or environmental exposure. Items showing installation marks, modification, or damage may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Not Returnable
Except where required by law: custom-built / made-to-order transformers and configured equipment; items sold as final sale, clearance, or as-is; and products damaged by improper handling, installation, wiring, overloading, or use outside rated specifications.
How to Request a Return (RMA)
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s), the reason, photos (especially for damage), and whether the shipment arrived by freight. Approved returns receive RMA instructions including the return address and shipping guidance. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping & Freight
Unless the return is due to our error or verified transit damage, you are responsible for return shipping. Many transformers ship LTL freight — you are responsible for proper packaging or crating and arranging freight unless agreed otherwise in writing. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returns.
Transit Damage
Inspect every shipment at delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Report concealed damage within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the unit and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect wiring, overloading, or use outside the rated specifications shown on the nameplate and spec sheet. For warranty claims, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Install per the included wiring diagram and applicable electrical codes; work should be performed by a qualified electrician.
