Product Description
The Sanzo Power TX-DV-300M-3-320307-AL is a 300 kVA three-phase dry-type isolation transformer that converts 208V delta power to 480Y/277 for commercial and industrial distribution. The grounded-wye secondary supplies 480V three-phase power for equipment loads and 277V line-to-neutral power through an accessible X0 neutral. The separate primary and secondary windings provide electrical isolation.
Construction and enclosure
Aluminum windings, a 220°C insulation system and a 150°C temperature rise support general-purpose distribution duty. An electrostatic shield separates the primary and secondary windings, and natural-air ventilation cools the assembly.
The NEMA 3R steel enclosure supports indoor or outdoor floor mounting. Its bolt-together construction uses individually replaceable panels, allowing a damaged panel or an unwanted conduit opening to be repaired without replacing the complete housing. Upper hooded vents and continuous mounting runners complete the enclosure.
Voltage adjustment and installation
Primary adjustment taps — (2) 2.5% above, (4) 2.5% below nominal — allow the installer to match the winding connection to the incoming supply. This is a purpose-built step-up transformer with H primary terminals and X secondary terminals.
