Processing & Handling
In-stock items ordered by 2:00 PM CT on a business day typically ship the same business day; otherwise the next business day. Backordered and made-to-order items show an estimated lead time on the product page.
Orders ship directly from our manufacturing and 3PL fulfillment partners’ U.S. warehouses — that’s how we keep standard ratings in stock and ship fast. Tracking is emailed the moment a label or freight pickup is created, regardless of which facility your order ships from.
Parcel Shipments
Smaller transformers ship ground parcel service. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment weight. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Freight (LTL) Shipments
Heavier units and multi-unit orders ship palletized LTL freight, rated at checkout by destination region. Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged — liftgate, residential, limited-access, or inside delivery may require additional fees; contact us before ordering if you need special services. A working phone number is required for freight orders so the carrier can schedule delivery.
Freight Estimates
Freight prices shown and paid at checkout are final for standard parcel and LTL shipments within the contiguous United States. Oversize or flatbed shipments and international pallet orders may not auto-rate reliably; these orders are confirmed as quotes before any charge is finalized. If an auto-rated amount is insufficient for such a shipment, we will provide a corrected quote for your approval before dispatch — you may approve it or receive a prompt full refund. You will never be charged more than the amount you approved.
At Delivery — Important
Count pieces and inspect for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the receipt and photograph it. Signing free and clear limits our and your ability to recover from the carrier. Report concealed damage within 5 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the contiguous United States through checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, oversize units, or expedited/flatbed needs, request a freight quote — most quotes go out the same business day.
